Solution
MedEd On The Go took responsibility for hosting, marketing, and designing the entire webinar experience. As the web and graphic designer, I led the adaptation of the client’s existing assets into a cohesive digital funnel, creating designs that drove engagement and supported target metrics.
Working within the specifications provided by the client’s own designer, I adapted key elements including artwork, fonts, colors, and overall style across a variety of materials such as digital handouts, promotional pieces, and webinar graphics. This ensured a consistent, polished experience that reinforced the client’s brand at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
✔️ Application of brand palette, fonts, and imagery
✔️ Event registration page design
✔️ Marketing material design
✔️ Email design and hand off
✔️ Webinar graphic creation and management

Event Landing Page
As a live webinar, an attractive landing page helps convert viewers into registrants. For this step I worked within MedEd On The Go's existing site constraints and designed an on-brand layout using Adobe XD. Collaborating with development, I carefully designed a registration page that was memorable, responsive, and drove engagements without a high degree of complexity.

Marketing Materials
To attract the target audience, the client’s visuals and information needed to be translated into multiple formats and sizes. I first created an 8.5x11" clickable PDF in Illustrator, which would be attached to emails that the client sent to peers, colleagues, and their existing audience.

Once approved by the client’s designer, I extended the visual identity into graphics for social media and other promotional initiatives.

Email Design
The marketing portion of this initiative included a series of on-brand emails. I designed the emails in Adobe XD, carrying over visual elements from the previous marketing materials to ensure immediate recognition and brand consistency.

Livestream / Webinar Graphics
Through my experience at an e-learning company, I became skilled in creating graphics specifically for webinars. For this client, I designed a set of 16–20 PNGs to support each section of the agenda. These included standard countdown, welcome, and conclusion screens, as well as special frames that overlaid the stream to enhance the visual style.
The graphics supported speaker introductions, combined video and slide layouts, and the Q&A portion, ensuring a polished and engaging experience throughout the live event.
Results
The webinar launched with a consistent and contemporary visual identity across every touchpoint. Attendance goals were met, the livestream presentation was executed smoothly, and the client was satisfied with both the design quality and overall campaign success.
By carefully balancing aesthetics with usability, I created materials that became a cohesive and memorable experience that drove participation and, once the recording was posted to our website, a popular enduring education piece for healthcare professionals.
